John Deere tractor maker Deere & Co. is facing a new lawsuit from the Federal Trade Commission.
The lawsuit alleges the company has unfairly prevented farmers from repairing equipment themselves or through independent shops.
Deere & Co. officials said the company is taking steps to improve customers' ability to repair their equipment.
