FTC clears $7.6B purchase of Bayer Animal Health

The Federal Trade Commission gave Elanco Animal Health Inc. the green light to purchase Bayer Animal Health for $7.6 billion.

It's the last major hurdle for the combination of the animal health field companies.

As part of the FTC approval, Elanco agreed to divest cattle insecticide StandGuard.
