Project description: The framework for a new 13,000-square-foot office and showroom for Xtreme Exteriors Roofing and Siding now stands in Nixa near the intersection of Missouri Highway 14 and Nicholas Road, with a shape that resembles a very large farmhouse. Upon its completion, inside, customers will be able to see the company’s products within interactive display areas. Rounding out the design are large conference and gathering areas and office and storage spaces. A key feature is the second-story bridge element over the lobby entry, according to past Springfield Business Journal reporting that cited design officials, and the exterior of the building will showcase many of the products and services offered by the company.
