Project description: Heidi Bleil, a recruiting manager with Wyndham Vacation Ownership, said Wyndham is expanding its Branson sales department and converting some of its sales center space into condominiums. A building across from Wyndham Branson at The Meadows was torn down to its base structure with exterior walls being erected to reconstruct the new home for Wyndham sales staff and administrators, according to Chris Swan, a project manager with Butler, Rosenbury & Partners. HCW CEO Rick Huffman said the developers bought the property about four months ago, and Wyndham signed an 11-year lease with options as part of the redevelopment plans.
