Project description: Owner Raymond “Boots” Wilson has worked as an area electrician for more than 30 years and owned Pappy’s Place on North Main Avenue for four years in the 1990s. He said Wilson’s Chuckwagon will feature burgers, barbecue beef, brisket, pulled pork and ribs, with sandwiches priced around $6 apiece. Wilson has hired his son, Ben Wilson, to manage the restaurant. The younger Wilson worked for 10 years at Dancy’s Restaurant in Marshfield.
