Project Description: GHN President Brad Baker said a new fire station would serve as a consolidated center for operations across Willard and part of northwest Springfield. The design features six engine bays – three with drive-thru configuration – apparatus and gear rooms, administrative offices, a training classroom and a public showroom for historic fire equipment. The residential area includes a day room with kitchen, workout area and eight bunk rooms.
