Project description: Dollar General, Subway, GoIn Postal, Ozark Mountain Pawn and Family Pharmacy will call this new retail center home when it opens in January in north Forsyth. Co-owner Scott Novak said there is space for about 10 more tenants. Bays are 1,500 square feet each. Novak and Don Burkett co-own Ozark Mountain Pawn in downtown Forsyth and are tripling its space with the move. Construction of White River Plaza will feature a cut stone faade in a Western style with a 10-foot covered porch, Novak said. White River Plaza is under development due to a "lack of retail space in Forsyth," Novak said. "We figured if there is a lack, there is a need."
