Project description: This northwest Springfield project, east of the Springfield-Branson National Airport, is Roberts Industrial Rental’s seventh warehouse. The co-owners, brothers Eric and Joe Roberts, also have developed three industrial parks. They say this flex building can serve as one unit or be split into four 7,500-square-foot spaces with dock and ground level doors for each. The spaces can be used for warehouse, distribution or manufacturing purposes with additional office space, said Eric Roberts. The lot is one of five in Westgate Industrial Center, and includes a large parking area for truck maneuverability.
