Project description: Commercial appraiser and property owner Eric Roberts of Roberts & Associates served as the general contractor and is one of the developers of the industrial warehouse via Roberts Industrial Rental. Roberts said the industrial building near Partnership Industrial Center West originally was planned for development in 2008 but the recession delayed the plans. He said a national broadcasting company, which he declined to name, plans to occupy part of the space March 31. The building is designed for distribution with up to 10 dock doors available, four drive-in doors and 26-foot eaves. Lease rates are $4.50-$5.30 per square foot, and 22,500 square feet was available for lease as of press time.
