Project Description: This facility is replacing Webster Electric Cooperative’s nearly 60-year-old headquarters on adjacent land. Webster General Manager Tom Houston said a 19,200-square-foot office complex and 18,700-square-foot truck garage are designed to increase operational efficiency and security. Features include a sweeping covered entrance, geothermal heating and cooling systems, day-lighting for regularly used spaced and a tornado-resistant interior space.
