Project description: Weaver Creek Development will be built in three phases, according to Tom Morris of Landmark Building & Development Co. This initial phase comprises 124 apartments and 10 townhouses, with future plans calling for a commercial component. The Phase I apartment complex includes a pool and clubhouse. Lease rates haven’t been established for the one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, said Morris, who owns 30 acres at the site.
