Project description: Weaver Creek is a roughly $47 million planned development with 450 apartment units built in four phases, according to co-owner Tom Morris of Landmark Building & Development Co. This second phase will add five three-story buildings with 130 one-, two- or three-bedroom apartments and brick and vinyl exteriors. Phases III and IV will add another 200 apartment units and 85 town-home units at a development cost of nearly $26 million, Morris said. Crews have broken ground for the town homes - called The Woods at Weaver Creek - which Morris said would extend the development to Plainview Road from Weaver Road.[[In-content Ad]]Compiled by Jim Versemann.
