Project description: Rich Kramer Project Manager Lowell Thomas said Phase I of the $4.8 million project comprises a 21,000-square-foot manufacturing plant and a 6,000-square-foot office. The shop is designed with extensive electrical cabling, a concrete storm shelter, a stainless steel-lined sandblast booth and a dedicated crane for the custom fabricator of stainless steel and nickel alloy tanks. Thomas said the office building would have a blue-tinted exterior glazing to match Watson Metal’s colors and stainless steel exterior wall panels in the entryway. He said Phase II, to bring square footage to 63,000, is slated to begin in 2015.
