Project description: The four-story apartment building will have eight four-bedroom units that are approximately 1,400 square feet each, said developer Matt Miller. In a unique arrangement, Miller said the bedrooms will be leased individually instead of by the unit. Each bedroom has its own bath, and units will have wood floors and dark wood cabinets, Energy Star washers and dryers, low-flow showerheads, programmable thermostats and mechanical units with high seasonal energy efficiency ratings, he said.
