Project description: The Villas at Copperleaf is an apartment community for seniors. The Nixa facility offers 64 one- or two-bedroom apartment units with individual patios or balconies, appliances, ceramic tile and carpet, according to James McDonald, a Zimmerman Properties development associate. Residents of the community also get access to a clubhouse, billiards room and fitness center, along with 24-hour emergency maintenance service, McDonald said. Wilhoit Properties Inc. will manage the facility.
