Project description: The third and final phase of the Villages at Nathanael Greene apartment complex comprises 36 apartments and three eight-unit town houses. With the 48,000-square-foot apartment building and the 12,000-square-foot town house structures, the five-year-old $20 million project would comprise 324 living units when complete, said Bailey Co. project manager Angela Blevins. Phase I, completed in December 2008, featured 108 units and a clubhouse, and Phase II, which began in January 2009, added 156 units. Blevins said the town houses are new to the complex, which comprises apartments ranging from studios to three bedrooms.
