Project description: Majority owners contractor Howard Bailey and wealth managment adviser John Calhoun are building this apartment complex in three phases under Senic Park LLC, according to Angela Blevins, project manager for Bailey Co. The $7 million first phase will bring on line 108 units and a clubhouse by September. The entire $17 million project will comprise 324 units, Blevins said. Encore Management Co. will manage the property, and lease rates will range from $479 for a studio apartment to $1,050 for a three-bedroom apartment.
