Project description: Partners David Erdmann, Shannon McMurdo, Roger Rekate and John Porter organized real estate development company Village Park LLC in mid-2007 and broke ground in the spring for this two-phase office complex. The six Colorado-style office condominiums in the first phase are for sale or lease, said Erdmann, whose firm is project architect. McMurdo is the general contractor. Each 1,300-square-foot unit is listed for purchase at $208,500 or lease at $15 per square foot, said Rekate, managing partner of Village Park LLC, which also built James River Offices on West Republic Road. Village Park will be jointly listed by Murney Associates and R.B. Murray Co., he said.
