Project description: This new shopping center on Highway 160 in Nixa comprises two buildings, each 14,000 square feet, that will house restaurant and retail tenants, according to architect Alan Bates of Bates & Associates. The brick and masonry structures are split into 14 bays, ranging from 1,200 square feet to 3,700 square feet. LaRose & Schober is the electrical and mechanical engineer, and Engineering Consultants is the structural engineer. RB Murray Co. is the leasing agent for the development.
