Project description: The second phase of the Valley Ridge apartment complex comprises five, two-story buildings. Jennifer Baker, project manager at general contractor Larry Snyder & Co., said there will be 48 two- and three-bedroom units in this phase. The two-bedroom apartments are 865 square feet, while the three-bedroom units are 1,125 square feet. Most units will be offered to low-income qualified renters. Rent will be $430 per month for a two-bedroom unit and $490 per month for a three-bedroom unit.
