Project description: This is the sixth of seven buildings to be built in Twin Oaks Office Park, which overlooks James River Freeway. Morris Dock, who owns development firm Three-D Properties and contractor MoDoCo, started building Twin Oaks Office Park in 1998. The Law Offices of Gary Green and Beltone Hearing Aid Center were first to occupy office space in the nine-acre development, which has a mix of commercial condominium owners and commercial tenants. Intermed Insurance Co. already has reserved 6,000 square feet of Bldg. G, where the lease rate is $17.50 per square foot, triple net. Ken Schwab of Wilhoit Properties is the leasing agent. Dock said there is no construction timeline on the final building, which will have 12,000 square feet.
