Project description: The senior housing complex is designed with 51 independent living units, 50 assisted living beds and 20 memory care beds, said Kelsey Carson, director of predevelopment for Miller Commerce. Also slated for the project are such amenities as a dog park, resort-style pool, outdoor patio, full-service kitchen, craft room, salon, theater, billiards room and a third-story pub, Carson said. Miller Commerce also is planning senior housing at Tera Vera, a second phase joint venture with Coryell Collaborative, and the $20 million-$25 million Mission Ridge in southwest Springfield, according to past Springfield Business Journal reporting. Matt Miller of Miller Commerce first got into the senior housing market in 2008 with The Fremont.
