Project description: A structure is going up to serve as Trust Company of the Ozarks' new, free-standing location. Reaching capacity at its current 3,800-square-foot office prompted the new construction, said Rodger Gadd, president. "We're out of room at our current lease facility," Gadd said. "The board of directors decided it was time we owned our own building." The company acquired one acre. It is leaving 4,600 square feet unfinished for future expansion. "We're not going to get in that situation again," Gadd said. There are 16 employees at Trust Company of the Ozarks.
