Description of project: Transitions serves individuals with persistent mental illness. This renovation and addition will provide more space for Transitions staff members physicians, therapists and case managers as well as support staff areas. The building also houses a day treatment program, room for activities and a small kitchen area/restaurant where lunch is served, which will be among those areas renovated.
