Project description: The girders may be gray, but this speculative building by James Tillman and Michael Tillman is actually quite green, having been purchased from Corwin Dodge. James Tillman of Tillman Investments said the building, which was disassembled, is being rebuilt at its new location, just south of the Waffle House near the intersection of East Sunshine Street and U.S. Highway 65. Tillman said the building is available as a retail and service location, as for an automotive accessory retailer, and can be adapted to suit a business. The original building was 4,800 square feet, but the new development adds more than 3,000 square feet, with a 2,000-square-foot office included. The project cost includes $100,000 for purchase of the original building, a $350,000 land purchase and about $650,000 for the construction rebuild, Tillman said.
