Project description: Angela Blevins, project manager with Bailey Co., said United Ministries in Higher Education is building a three-story fraternity house for the Theta Chi Fraternity Iota Beta chapter at Missouri State University, which has signed a long-term lease on the property. Replacing the fraternity’s 1043 E. Cherry St. house, Blevins said the facility will have 20 rooms for student living, a study area, living room and basement with a multipurpose room and a chapter room for meetings.
