Project description: The first phase of The Woods at Weaver Creek extends the Weaver Creek Apartments development for residents desiring larger, individualized living arrangements, said Brent Stevens, principal at the project’s architecture firm, H Design Group. Phase I consists of 33 two-story townhouse units that are 1,300 square feet each. The units will have three bedrooms, garages, screened porches and yard areas. The architectural materials used are reflective of a traditional residential style, Stevens said, that help the development blend between the apartments on one side and the single-family residential district on the other side. A planned second phase comprises 52 single-story townhouses.
