Project description: On a 1.5-acre parcel, owner HMNT Investments LLC plans to offer 42 units spread across a pair of three-story buildings – 21,795 square feet for Building A and 23,985 square feet for Building B – connected by a roof. Officials from Morelock Builders & Associates report that bedroom types will range from studio, measuring 483 square feet, to two-bedroom units at 1,193 square feet with 25-square-foot patios. Plans for the complex call for a dog park and incorporate landscaping to complement the Grant Avenue Parkway project on which the development is situated. A companion project by the same owners and development team, to be known as the Wayfarer in the Glade Apartments, is to be located across the street and is scheduled to open in winter 2025.
