Project description: When it was built 11 years ago, The Vision Clinic housed six exam rooms for three doctors. Now, the practice employs six doctors and is undergoing a renovation of its 6,375 square feet and adding 570 square feet, said clinic partner Dr. Steve Rice. The remodel will add three exam rooms, change the building’s flow and make room for new technology, Rice said. An optical boutique will sell higher-end, hard-to-find brands, he said. The remodel also involves upgrades to building finishes and a revamped entrance with stone work, and exterior insulation and finish system panels, said project manager David Ross of Morelock-Ross Builders.
