Project description: Dave and Nancy Hoke are constructing 19 buildings for 76 condominiums, with units ranging in size from 1,342 square feet to 1,925 square feet. Condos have fireplaces, either two or three bedrooms and cost between $185,000 and $236,000, Dave Hoke said. The condos are adjacent to a 300-acre single-family housing development called The Villages at Wicklow and will be adjacent to a yet-to-be-named retail development. Ron Middleton and Pat O’Reilly are developing the housing and retail developments.
