The complex also has a rooftop pool and a focus on sustainability through energy-efficient appliances and eco-friendly building materials. Michael Hampton, architect for the project through Arkifex Studios, noted the project includes a clubhouse, fitness center, on-site services and outdoor areas. Positioned in an area that is experiencing a surge in commercial development, just north of West Sunshine Street and west of West Bypass, walking-distance shopping options will include an existing Walmart Supercenter and soon the Sunshine Towne Center, now under construction with a new Target store planned. Applications for prospective tenants are being accepted online, though rental prices are not listed on the website.
