Project description: Located kitty-corner from Hammons Student Center, The Q’ube is designed primarily to serve Missouri State University students, said Brad Danzak, the project manager for Build LLC. The four-story apartments, which had been dubbed Q Place before a name change, comprise 92 bedrooms across 29 units, Danzak said. Single-bedroom units start at $760 a month, and monthly lease rates for multibedroom units range from $525 to $675 per person. Miller Commerce developments include student apartments Deep Elm, The Jefferson and The Monroe around MSU, and the company has plans to build So-El District Lofts at 430-444 E. Elm St. and One House apartments at 405-415 E. Madison St.
