Project description: O’Reilly Development Co. is constructing a multifamily living community featuring units sized studio to three bedrooms. The 240-unit Nixa development, called The Meadows at Wicklow, plans phased openings to begin in mid 2026. In the works are seven open-breezeway, walk-up style buildings whose units will range from the 460-square-foot studio option up to a 1,239-square-foot three-bedroom floor plan, according to the developer. Planned amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, dog park, outdoor pavilion and walking trail in apartments tailored to families and young professionals, officials say. The project is part of a multiphase planned development adjoining The Villages at Wicklow subdivision and The Castlewood Senior Living continuum of care community, all properties of O’Reilly Development Co.
