Project description: A two-phased community for those ages 55 and older is being built off of Highway 60. Crystal Webster, CEO and co-owner at Morelock Builders & Associates, said Phase I calls for 20 townhouses, in two- and three-bedroom models, with two baths and attached garages. The one-floor townhouses feature open floor plans and Americans with Disabilities Act-compliant designs, she said. A clubhouse and community building, along with an additional 20 living units, are planned in Phase II. A social worker will be hired to assist the residents, Webster said, and Spark Professional Management LLC will manage the development. Logan Estates by Morelock Builders is a $100 million planned development on 42 acres encompassing apartments and single-family homes.
