Project description: Valerie Boyce, co-owner of the adjacent Kensington Park Apartments, is developing The Lodges at Kensington Park with her brother, Jeffrey Boyce, and two unnamed partners. The complex is designed with 96 units across five residential buildings, a pool and a lazy river around the pool. Jeffrey Boyce said amenities would be shared between the sister apartments, and the project also includes a leasing and maintenance building, laundry room and fitness center. With one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments rates range from $750-$1,295 per month, according to the Boyces. The first units are expected to be complete in February.
