Project description: This strip center in front of West Sunshine's Wal-Mart Supercenter is owned by The Klein Group of Coldwater, Mich. It will hold seven tenants. While the owner, general contractor (Crossland Construction from Columbus, Kan.) and architect (Harrison French Architecture from Fayetteville, Ark.) are from out of state, many subcontractors are local: Paul Jones Excavating, Meyer Construction, Bill's Electric, APAC-Master's Jackson, Springfield Glass Co., Drussa Plumbing and Anderson Engineering.
