Project description: Miller-O’Reilly Co. is building a 32-unit, four-story apartment complex across Jefferson Street from Jarrett Middle School. The site was chosen for its proximity to Missouri State University and downtown, said Miller-O’Reilly co-owner Matt Miller. He said monthly rates will range between $350 and $650 per person, based on one of nine floor plans, and will include utilities, cable and Internet. Miller said leases will be structured “by-the-bed,” meaning individual tenants are responsible for their own leases.
