Project description: This French-country style office condominium in the 4900 block of South National is a shell building awaiting tenant infill. It sits outside an entrance to Ironbridge community. There are six units, available in one- or two-story offices, said Bill Nesbitt of Nesbitt Construction. Dave Murray of leasing agent RB Murray Company said offices start at 1,400 square feet and rent for about $13 a square foot. The infill allowance is $35 per square foot. "It is the most liberal allowance I'm aware of in town," Murray said.
