Project description: The warehouse will have three loading bays that will allow The Furniture Broker owner David Kester to maintain more than double his current inventory. Its purpose is to make customer delivery faster, he said. Kester’s store is at 3530 E. Sunshine St., and he was previously leasing 10,000 square feet of warehouse space on East Elm Street. Kester plans to begin construction on an identical warehouse at the site by year’s end. He will lease the second warehouse.
