Project description: This five-acre retirement community designed for people 55 and older will be built in three phases, according to co-owner and co-developer Matt Miller. The first phase will wrap in July and includes a 50,000-square-foot lodge, the development’s largest building. The lodge will house 33 residential units, along with offices, exercise room, storm shelter, salon and community dining area, Miller said. Rental rates through The Wooten Co. are undetermined. The Fremont’s 69 units will range from one to three bedrooms and some will include garages, Miller said. Pat O’Reilly is also co-owner and co-developer, and his brothers, Tim and Ryan O’Reilly, are ownership partners.
