Project description: Chelsey Bunch, director of marketing for property manager TLC Properties, said the developers identified a need for luxury apartments in east Springfield. The Falcon is bringing to market 106 units in the four-story building with studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom options. Amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, elevators, covered parking and secure entry. Bunch said monthly leases start at $500 for studios and go up to $839 for two-bedroom apartments.
