Project description: Morelock-Ross Project Manager David Ross said the structure is designed to match the existing apartment buildings with the addition of a fitness center. Sherri Sommer, an operations assistant and new development manager for owner Bryan Properties, said the 11 new apartments will bring total units to 99. She said The Carlyle’s fifth residential building will lease one-bedroom units for $625 per month and one-bedroom suites with two baths for $725 per month.
