Project description: This new apartment complex will consist of four buildings, housing a total of 88 apartment units. Half of the units will be one-bedroom units, while the other half will have two bedrooms and two full baths, according to Bryan Magers, owner of developer Bryan Properties. All apartments will have washer and dryer hook-ups, and the complex also will have a laundry facility in addition to a pool, exercise room and separate office building. Monthly lease rates for the units will range from $525 to $625, Magers said. The Carlyle joins two other new apartment developments on West Battlefield – Tall Grass and Battlefield Park Apartments.
