Project description: The Beer Co. LLC is nearly doubling its office and warehouse space near Kansas Expressway and Battlefield Road. Morelock-Ross Builders Project Manager David Ross said the distributor is enlarging its delivery and truck drive-through areas, and creating 5,000 square feet of office space. The project will bring the total square footage to 56,484. The Beer Co. is based in Springfield and Joplin and has been in operation since 1978.
