Project description: Project Manager Bart Tacke said The Bay is C. Arch Bay Co.’s first student-housing development from the ground up. A block west of Missouri State University’s campus, the complex with multicolored exterior panels comprises 13 units, with a single studio apartment renting for $550 per month, a one-bedroom for $750 and 11 two- and three-bedroom units leasing for $695 per bed. The rental rate covers utilities, cable and Internet, and Tacke said The Bay is one-fourth preleased. C. Arch Bay manages residential, commercial and industrial properties, including the Monroe Manor apartments, a center city warehouse and Finley River Plaza in Rogersville.
