Project description: The Coryells through TLC Properties are adding a free-standing three-story building with 33 units to bring The Abbey complex to 364 apartments, said Marketing Director Chelsey Bunch. The 30,000-square-foot building comprises studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments designed to meet consumer demand for efficiency units. The Abbey’s occupancy level has stayed consistently above 95 percent, Bunch said.
