Project description: This project is an addition of 58 apartment units at The Abbey apartment complex for a total of 165 units. The new units will consist of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, studio, suite and penthouse apartments ranging in size from 520 square feet to 1,545 square feet. Additions also include an oversized elevator for moving furniture. The exterior will be a combination of EIFS and stone with a copper roof. While the whole project is set to be complete by summer 2003, half of the new units will be available to renters late this year.
