Project description: MSB Vice President Brennan Bagwell said primary tenants Dr. Thomas Hoff of TerraGreen Dental and Miller & Associates CPAs and Advisors LLC occupied the building this month and finishing touches, including landscaping, should continue through the week. Part of TerraGreen Office Park, the dental office and accounting firm take up about 10,000 square feet, leaving over 3,000 square feet available for lease, said leasing agent Ross Murray of R.B. Murray Co. The triple-net lease price is $14.50 per square foot, he said.
