Project description: This equity-financed project by Steeplechase LLC partners Wayne Clements, Rusty Still and Jim Atteberry will provide new space for Harter House Supermarket, while updating the façade and re-roofing the rest of the shopping center. “It needs some freshening,” said managing partner Clements. “We’ll try to match the design of the Harter House front.” H Design Group’s Rob Haik served as project architect on the façade, and Associated Wholesale Grocers provided the grocery store’s interior design work, which should be complete by the end of October, Clements said.
