Project description: Kickapoo Corners LLC is owner of this structure, which will be leased to Starbucks Coffee Company. It will be the first corporate-owned Starbucks retail caf in Springfield, said Rick Herbetz, Starbucks regional director, Midwest. The caf fronts Campbell Avenue in Kickapoo Corners shopping center. Bill Beall, managing partner of Kickapoo Corners LLC, said it is the center's last expansion. While completion is set for March, an April opening is likely following infill, Beall said.
